Upcycling is reusing existing materials to make something of higher value. While recycling is destructive upcycling is constructive. 

Using upcycled materials usually costs less and it conserves valuable raw resources. When we upcycle, we take materials that others may call waste and extend their life and usefulness. Upcycling contributes to making our communities more self-sustaining. 

One of the most important aspects of upcycling is being able to use creativity to develop new products and services. At Access Alley, we use our design skills to create value in all that we do.  We also enjoy teaching others to share in the upcycling and repurposing process.
